Emaré Capital, pour le compte du fonds ARMOVIE géré par Twenty First Capital, annonce la réalisation de son premier closing auprès d’un investisseur institutionnel de premier plan, marquant une étape majeure dans le développement de cette stratégie immobilière dédiée au bien-vieillir. Un second closing est d’ores et déjà en préparation et devrait intervenir d’ici fin 2025.
